My name is Prachi Gandhi.

There was a phase in my life when my mental and emotional health wasn't okay at all. I had lost my confidence, self-esteem, and trust in myself. It felt like I had left myself behind somewhere.

Anxiety became a part of my life. Overthinking wouldn't leave my side. Fear, insecurity, future stress, and uncertainty had taken over my life. My anger had grown a lot. I had lost my clarity, couldn't focus, and my inner peace felt like it had disappeared somewhere.
